Document signing stations provide the community with convenient access to Justices of the Peace.  They are located in public locations including police stations, libraries, community centres and neighbourhood houses that provide local communities with a range of social, recreational, educational and support services.  Please check operating hours for the individual station before attending.

Due to the popularity of these facilities, JPs at document signing stations may not be able to assist should you have a large amount of documents for witnessing or certifying. In these instances, you are encouraged to contact an individual JP to assist you

Options for witnessing a statutory declaration 

Justices of the Peace are not the only people who can witness a statutory declaration. There are a range of people, known as authorised witnesses, who can do so.  You can find a full list on the Statutory declarations page of this website.
