The Attorney-General releases an annual report about the operation of the Victorian infringements system.
The annual reports contain data from all enforcement agencies that issue infringement fines. These reports identify trends in infringements activity since the Infringements Act 2006 commenced.
The Attorney-General's guidelines to the Infringements Act 2006 (External link) are also available on this website. These guidelines give legislating agencies guidance on what is appropriate to be dealt with by way of an infringement fine and help enforcement agencies enforce infringement fines appropriately.
